The race also includes a half marathon. This year there were nearly 2000 participants. My project was to shoot video to be used for promo material as well as capture race highlights to post for viewing on the Internet. This video will play in the Windows Media Player. My entry was composed of footage shot at the 2006 Barefoot Waterski World Championship. The goal was to make the film both an introduction to barefooting for non skiers, and a highlights reels of the best Barefooters in the World. The film was shown at the Festival on June 15, 2007.
